Additional lab notes: This is a really nice natural process coffee from the YIrgacheffe region of Ethiopia. We roast this one specifically for the French press, but find that it’s really tasty with a variety of brew methods. The brew is full bodied with notes of strawberry, kiwi and lime accents in the finish.

About Idido: Idido is the name of the mill where this coffee is processed, near the town of Yirgacheffe. There are 1200-2000 different farms who all have their beans processed at this site. Senay Hailemariam organizes the ground team on this site. He is a father of two and is a respected in his community as a leader with compassion and integrity.
