Additional lab notes: This delicious natural process coffee from Ethiopia has floral, fruit and citrus notes, on a backdrop of dark chocolate. The floral aroma is pleasantly strong for a natural process coffee. and carries over in taste. Peach also stands out in the brew, while the sweetness gives the impression of a chocolate covered banana. The mouthfeel is velvety and the aftertaste has hints of blueberry and cocoa powder.

About the Origin: This coffee comes from few different farms in the kebele of chelchele in the yirga cheffe region, all run by Tariku Mengesha. the total area of all his farms are just under 13 hectares.
