Additional lab notes: This outstanding coffee is very similar to our Uganda Mountain Harvest Organic, but softer and smoother. The anaerobic processing was fairly short, at a day or so, making its flavor more nuanced than other anaerobic process coffees we’ve carried. We also taste goji berry and are really enjoying this one.

Preferred brew method: pour over, Chemex, Aeropress, French press, drip, cold brew

About Sippi Falls: This washing station is named after the Sippi Falls, at the base of mount Elgon. They process coffee from more than 8,600 farmers, each with half an acre dedicated to coffee.

Certifications: Organic

Sourced by: Royal Coffee
