Additional lab notes: This outstanding coffee is very similar to our Uganda Mountain Harvest Organic, but softer and smoother. The anaerobic processing was fairly short, at a day or so, making its flavor more nuanced than other anaerobic process coffees we’ve carried. We also taste goji berry and are really enjoying this one.
Preferred brew method: pour over, Chemex, Aeropress, French press, drip, cold brew
